Education & Training

Dr. Mohamed Mahmoud completed his undergraduate studies and obtained his Medical Degree from University Teaching Hospital in Khartoum, Sudan. He subsequently trained at Providence Hospital in Washington DC and completed his residency in Internal Medicine from Aurora Saini Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. Thereafter he pursued and completed his three year Gastroenterology training and fellowship from the University of Massachusetts, Worcester, Massachusetts.

Dr. Mahmoud is board certified in Internal Medicine and is board eligible in Gastroenterology

He volunteers with several non-profit organizations and provides, online educational programs for healthcare workers and students. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing soccer, jet skiing and kayaking. He loves traveling, meeting new people, and learning about different cultures.
